Before you buy.
Will it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. File > Import > Upload > choose the file > Replace spreadsheet. Every formula was written to work in Google Sheets as well as Excel — no XLOOKUP, no LAMBDA, no add-ons and no macros.
Why can't I type in some cells?
Those are formulas, locked so a stray paste cannot break the math. There is no password. Review > Unprotect Sheet in Excel, or Data > Protected sheets and ranges in Google Sheets, opens the whole thing if you want to change something.
I don't cold call. Is this still useful?
Yes. Read "calls" as whatever your first touch is — doors knocked, quotes followed up, DMs sent, coffees booked. The arithmetic does not care what the activity is called, only that it has a conversion rate attached to it.
I don't know my conversion rates.
Start with the numbers already in the sheet, log two weeks honestly, then read your real rates off the bottom of the scorecard and type those in instead. The estimates are scaffolding — they are meant to be replaced by week three.
The calls-per-day number came out impossible. Now what?
Then the goal cannot be reached with effort alone, which is worth knowing on day one rather than day ninety. Change one of three things: the average gross profit per job, the close rate, or the goal. THE MATH lets you test all three in about a minute each.
