Do I need Excel?
No. Every workbook works in free Google Sheets. It also opens in Excel. You get both in one purchase.
Is there a subscription?
No. One purchase, permanently. No account, no renewal, no upsell inside the file.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You type the figures in yourself. There are no credentials to surrender and no service that can lose them.
Can I change the formulas?
Yes. Formula cells are protected so a stray paste cannot break the arithmetic, but there is no password — Review → Unprotect Sheet opens everything.
How do I get the file?

What if a formula is wrong?
Every workbook is tested against independently computed figures before it is listed (see how we test). If you find a disagreement, email hello@workbookbarn.com with the cell — we fix it and send you the corrected file.
Are the free calculators the same as the workbooks?
They run the same formulas, generated from the same file. The workbook adds the tabs, charts and history a single web page cannot hold.
