WorkbookBarn is a small catalogue of spreadsheet workbooks built and tested in Richmond, Kentucky by Marcos Gil.
Marcos is a licensed Kentucky real estate agent (License No. 296259) with Keller Williams Commonwealth and the owner of Central Property Services, a roofing and property-repair company. The rental analyzer, the contractor sheets and the roofing bid workbook exist because he needed them; the personal-finance trackers because the same discipline applies at home.
