Reviews landed The ones that actually posted this week, from any request, from any week. Mail pieces sent Letters and door hangers out the door this week. At roughly $0.75-$1.10 a letter, 50 a week is about $40 of the month's marketing spend. Partner touches Property managers, cleaners, insurance agents, lenders, inspectors, the hardware counter. A text counts. A coffee counts more. Jobs where you asked the seller question "Are you fixing this up to enjoy it, or thinking about selling somewhere down the line?" Every job, every time. It is the cheapest question in the business.

YOUR WEEKLY STANDARD Hunt calls a week Five a weekday. This is the one number the rest of the sheet rests on — plenty of dead small businesses had a website, and none of them made 25 calls a week. Leads a week Set this from your own history, not from hope. Leave it alone for eight weeks and the sheet will show you what 25 calls really produces. Jobs completed a week Ten repair jobs a month starting out, twenty-five a month once the machine is running. Four a week sits in the middle of that ramp. Reviews landed a week 15 reviews by the end of month one, 30 by month two, 40 by month three, 60+ by month six. That ramp is about three a week. Mail pieces a week 200 letters a month is the standard batch. Response runs 1-2%, so 200 letters is two to four real conversations, not twenty. Partner touches a week Two a weekday. Expect nothing from them in month one; partner-referred work commonly becomes 30-40% of repair volume by around month four.
