Before you buy.
Will it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. File > Import > Upload > choose the file > Replace spreadsheet. Every formula was written to work in Google Sheets as well as Excel — no XLOOKUP, no LAMBDA, no add-ons, no script.
Why can't I type in some cells?
Those are formulas, locked so a stray paste cannot break the math. There is no password. Review > Unprotect Sheet opens the whole thing if you want to change something.
How do the dates work?
You never type a due date. You type how many days before or after go-live a step belongs — minus ten for the photography, zero for launch day, thirty for the review — and the due date is worked out from the go-live cell on the setup tab. Move the launch and every date moves with it.
The launch slipped two weeks. What do I change?
One cell. Change the go-live date on LAUNCH SETUP and every due date, every days-left figure and every flag recalculates. That is the whole reason the plan is built on offsets instead of typed dates.
What counts as a must-be-done step?
Anything a buyer or a co-operating agent would notice on the first morning: the photographs, the staging, the copy, the price agreed in writing, the MLS fields checked against the deed. Convenience items are not gate items. Be strict — a gate that everything passes tells you nothing.
Does it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. Every workbook is built with an older, universal formula vocabulary so it imports into free Google Sheets without add-ons, and it opens in Excel as well. You get both in one purchase.
