Will it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. File > Import > Upload > choose the file > Replace spreadsheet. Every formula was written to work in Google Sheets as well as Excel — no XLOOKUP, no LAMBDA, no dynamic arrays, no add-ons and no subscription.
Why can't I type in some cells?
Those are formulas, locked so a stray paste cannot quietly break the math. There is no password. Review > Unprotect Sheet in Excel, or Data > Protected sheets in Google Sheets, opens the whole thing if you want to change something.
I don't know my conversion ratios. What do I put in?
Start with the numbers already in the blue cells — they are middle-of-the-road figures, not fantasy ones. Log ten weeks on the WEEKLY PLAN tab and the PACE tab hands you your real conversations-per-lead and leads-per-appointment. Put those in and the plan becomes yours instead of anybody's.
What counts as a conversation?
A two-way exchange with a human being about real estate. A voicemail is not one. A mass email is not one. A text they replied to is. Be strict about this — the whole plan is calibrated on that definition, and inflating it is only lying to yourself in a spreadsheet.
The weekly conversation number came out enormous. Is it broken?
Almost certainly not. Large numbers come from a big income goal sitting on top of a low average price, a thin split, or a pessimistic conversion ratio. Change one input at a time and watch which one actually moves it — that input is the constraint on your business, and finding it is the point of the tab.
Does it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. Every workbook is built with an older, universal formula vocabulary so it imports into free Google Sheets without add-ons, and it opens in Excel as well. You get both in one purchase.
