Will it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. File > Import > Upload > choose the file > Replace spreadsheet. Every formula was written to run in Google Sheets as well as Excel — no XLOOKUP, no LAMBDA, no add-ons, no account.
Why can't I type in some cells?
Those are formulas, locked so a stray paste cannot break the math. There is no password. Review > Unprotect Sheet opens the whole thing if you want to change something.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Nothing connects, nothing uploads, nothing is sent anywhere. You type the charges in from your statements. That is deliberate — there are no credentials to hand over, and a subscription tracker that is itself a subscription is a joke that writes itself.
How does it handle yearly and quarterly billing?
Pick the cycle from the dropdown and it converts to an annual figure for you: weekly times 52, four-weekly times 13, monthly times 12, quarterly times 4, half-yearly times 2, yearly times 1, daily times 365. Every summary compares on that same annual basis, which is the only fair way to line a $9.99 a month up against a $139 a year.
My annual cost shows a zero. What did I do wrong?
The Billed column is blank, or it has something typed in it that is not one of the seven dropdown options. Use the dropdown. The visible zero is on purpose — better than the sheet quietly assuming monthly and inflating your total.
Does it work in free Google Sheets?
Yes. Every workbook is built with an older, universal formula vocabulary so it imports into free Google Sheets without add-ons, and it opens in Excel as well. You get both in one purchase.
